I’m Lyndal, the Founder of (ide)ate Studio and a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Practitioner.
Before (ide)ate, I led the solution design at a leading DEI consultancy, working with organisations across APAC to deliver bespoke DEI training and advisory for clients.
Working in DEI opened my eyes to how inequitable and exclusionary our societies and workplaces are for marginalised populations.
It developed within me both a radical impatience about shifting beliefs that hold marginalised communities back as well as a dedication to advocating for the tremendous potential that exists when we are all free to fully realise our skills, creativity, knowledge and life’s purpose.
As someone born into a life of privilege, (ide)ate is my small attempt to acknowledge this privilege and the responsibility that (I believe) comes with it.

As a for-purpose organisation, we exist to promote greater social and economic inclusion of marginalised communities while accelerating our collective potential, with 5% of (ide)ate's profits re-invested into NFP's who support this shared vision.
